Refund policy
Type a name or drop an image. True-size SVG and a printable PDF, no account.
The short version
Digital downloads can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] with the order email and we will refund the full amount through the same payment method.
Why 14 days on a digital file
A downloaded file cannot be returned, and the pattern depends on your stones, your material and your machine. That is not something you can judge before you own the file, so the risk sits with us rather than with you.
Before you ask for a refund
Most problems are a size mismatch, and they are fixable in a minute:
- Print the calibration strip at 100% / Actual size and check the 25.4 mm line with a ruler.
- Confirm the imported width matches the width shown in the tool before cutting.
- Measure one stone from the pack you will actually use — nominal SS sizes vary between suppliers.
If it still does not work, ask for the refund anyway. We would rather refund than have a template that does not fit.
What is never charged
Designing, previewing, and the calibration strip are free and always will be.
